HOW LONG will the design process take
Site design time is dependant on the complexity of the website, the number of pages required and
the availability of materials to be incorporated into your website. Minimum design time is four weeks,
or less depending on complexity of the design, number pages, graphics and images etc.,
How and when do we PAY for design work
An initial deposit of 25% is required at the onset of the work. The balance is due
one day prior to the uploading of your site. Payment instructions will appear on our invoice.
Can I get an existing website REDESIGNed
I will let you know as soon as possible if I am able to redesign your site. My answer will be
based on my findings after I have examined your existing site, discussed with you what new elements
you want incorporated in the new design, time constraints and my existing workload.
Will you MAINTAIN the website
Keeping your website current is very important. Changes will be implemented as soon as possible.
Basic maintenance includes - price changes, inclusion of new products and information.
Changes need to be in my possession a minimum of 7 days in advance of implementation date.
What will site MAINTENANCE COST
An hourly rate of $55.00 will apply, incomplete hours will be calculated on a Pro-rata basis. Terms are thirty days.
However, a minimum charge for 15 minutes will apply. My invoice for completed work will be forwarded to you.
What about SELF MAINTENANCE
I have no problem with this, once your website has been paid for it belongs to you. When designing I try to
keep the code clean so it is easy to follow and maintain. Your site CD will give you most of the information
you need for maintenance, but please do contact me for guidance either by phone or email.
